The TPD-8000 series 1100 - 1650nm InGaAs photo diode (PD) modules are designed for use in optical fiber IBS/DAS/AES systems and Broadcasting CATV systems.  

The photo diode is mounted into a coaxial package with a single mode fiber pigtail.
