What is VSAT

Tpfiber provides all types of Satellite over Fiber Transport systems for commercial, and consumer use.

We have broken down the different types of VSAT below, but if you know what you are looking for just follow one of the following:

Portable VSAT

Marine VSAT

Vehicle-Mounted VSAT

Fixed VSAT

Technically, VSAT refers to any two-way satellite ground mounted or a stabilized maritime VSAT antenna with an antenna (dish) that is smaller than 3 meters; people generally use the term VSAT to refer to any two-way satellite Internet terminal that is not a teleport Earth Station.

These amplifier systems are available in a wide range of frequency bands depending on the application.

· L-band (1-2 GHz) for mobile services like GPS

· S-band (2-4 GHz) for radar (weather, surveillance, etc) and space-earth communication

· C-band (4-8 GHz) for broadcast telecommunication

· X-band (8-12.5 GHz) for deep space telecommunication

· Ku-band (12.5-18 GHz) for exclusive downlink communication

· K-band (18-26.5 GHz) for open radio and satellite communication

· Ka-band (26.5-40 GHz) for higher bandwidth communication

www.EverythingRF.com has listed VSAT Systems from the leading manufacturers. Users can find amplifiers by specifying the frequency, power level, gain, and various other parameters. Our search tool will help identify all the products across multiple manufacturers that meet the specified requirement. You can then view product specifications, download datasheets and request quotes.
