Description

TLD-6000 series 1270 - 1610nm InGaAs MQW-DFB laser diode (LD) modules are designed for use in fiber optical communication systems and Broadcasting / CATV systems.  

The laser diode is mounted into a coaxial package with an InGaAs monitor PD and a single mode fiber pigtail.
